Caroline McCready teaches, art, meditation and creative workshops, focussed on nurturing inner potential, artistic ability, personal and creative insight. Whether you consider yourself right-brained/left-brained, have been labelled artistic/unartistic, were told you were creative or the least creative person on the planet; we can all benefit from playful, creative expression.

Caroline is the co-author of ‘Lucid Dreaming Plain and Simple: Tips and Techniques for Insight, Creativity and Personal Growth’ with Robert Waggoner. She has also recorded three guided meditation albums: Earth Journey, Ocean Waves and Breathing into Stillness, and has also released Music for Meditation as a multipurpose backing for meditative practices.

Caroline trained as a figurative sculptor London and had an extensive training in drawing in Sydney before working as a full-time painter. She also has a degree in History of Art from the University of Warwick and an SQC in psychology from Oxford Brookes University.

11 years ago whilst working as a full-time artist, Caroline started meditating, which completely changed her relationship to painting and become a great source of personal and creative insight. After several years of exploring many different types of meditation, she developed unique ways of combining art with meditation and subsequently started running workshops in London. Over the last 8 years she has run over 250 workshops involving art, meditation and creative practices.

Caroline uses all of her experience to nurture creativity from the inside out, bringing a lot of fun to drawing and painting, teaching art both on a technical, practical level as well as encouraging learning through mindful awareness, curiosity and playful exploration.
