Caroline teaches regular art, meditation, lucid dreaming and creativity workshops in London, promoting creativity, balance, insight and well-being. Over the last 5 years Caroline has taught over 200 workshops and also provides talks about meditation and mindfulness in the workplace.
She is a graduate of the University of Warwick, with a BA honours degree in History of Art and also has a postgraduate SQC in Psychology from Oxford Brookes University. Caroline spent a year at the Julian Ashton Fine Art School in Sydney, Australia before going on to study Sculpture in Chelsea, London.
As a practising artist Caroline has exhibited paintings in both group and solo exhibitions in the UK and Australia and has sold her art pieces globally (click here for more information about Caroline’s paintings). Having developed meditation techniques to encourage creativity and intuitive expression, she now includes these tools in her art workshops.
